MARK SELIN
President
Mark’s been a member of the Pineloch Sun community for over 20 years, serving as President of the HOA Board for the past 5 years. Professionally, Mark works in international sales strategy & operations in the tech industry. Mark brings his leadership experience and calm personality to helping manage PLS business with a collaborative approach. Mark & his wife Stephanie, enjoy making memories at the cabin with their children. From snow play to pool time and hikes - they love it all!

BOB PIROG
Secretary
Bob has been a member of the Pineloch Sun community since 2005 and has served as Board Secretary since 2015. Bob and his wife Donna, enjoy their cabin time as much as possible, especially snowmobiling around our beautiful trails. When not traveling the country in his RV, Bob likes to hunt. From Bob, "The Pineloch Sun community has so much to offer its members. We have met so many friends here and enjoy everything that comes with living in this beautiful area."

JEREMY BAKER

Jeremy moved to Pineloch Sun in 2020 to pursue his childhood dream to live in a cabin in the mountains with his wife and 3 kids. They love the outdoors and what it has to offer. Jeremy loves snowmobiling, ATVs, the water and camping in various areas of Washington and Idaho and parts of Canada. He's a handyman so he loves to fix and tinker with projects. When he does relax, he'll be sipping a glass of whisky by the fire and just enjoying the outdoors.

Ryan Weier
Vice President
Ryan moved to Pineloch Sun in 2020, with a knack for communication and a passion for preserving the unique charm of Pineloch Sun, Ryan brings a refreshing blend of professionalism and heart to the HOA Board. An outdoor enthusiast at heart, Ryan thrives on adventures like snowmobile rides, wild river floats, and late-night campfires with neighbors turned friends. When he’s not exploring the great outdoors, he’s making waves in the professional world.

David Matthai
Treasurer
David Matthai, a Division 3 resident of Pineloch Sun, brings extensive leadership experience and a strong commitment to community improvement. He previously served as Board President for a 68-unit condominium complex on the Kaanapali Coast in Maui, where he led efforts to address significant deferred maintenance, restore landscaping, rebuild critical infrastructure, and negotiate the purchase of a leasehold property. Over his 20 years in this role, David gained valuable skills in fostering community participation, project management, and problem-solving.

Andrew Clarke
Roads & Maintenance
Andrew Clark and his family purchased their cabin in March of 2023, but their connection to the area dates back to the early 1980s. Over the years, they have embraced the outdoor lifestyle, enjoying activities like snowmobiling, motorcycle riding, camping, and exploring the natural beauty of the region. Owning a cabin in PLS has opened up new opportunities for them to deepen their connection to the community and the outdoors. Over the past year, Andrew has dedicated time to fine-tuning their cabin, turning it into their own slice of heaven while fully embracing all that the area has to offer.

Derek Sanders

My name is Derek Sanders, and I’ve been a proud Pineloch Sun homeowner since 2020. With nearly 30 years of experience as a Union Commercial/Industrial Electrician Foreman, I bring a practical, team-oriented approach to problem solving, planning, and collaboration. I care deeply about our community and look forward to serving on the board to help keep Pineloch Sun safe, welcoming, and well-managed for all who call it home.
