4. Cards may be deactivated due to misuse.
5. Members have the right to appeal against any deactivation to the Board.
6. The Board’s decision is final.
7. Members are responsible for their guest’s behavior and/or damage.
8. Members must be present with their guests.
9. Replacement cards will have a fee.

FAQ

Q: Why are we implementing this?
A: To minimize the number of clubhouse and pool users who are not members and/or have not fulfilled their payment obligations.

Q: Who will receive a card?
A: One card will be issued for each lot. Only cards belonging to individuals in good standing will be issued and activated. Cards will not be issued or work if there are outstanding dues (past 30 days) on any lot for which a member is liable.

Q: Will the cards work when the clubhouse is closed?
A: No. Clubhouse access is restricted to normal operating hours.

Q: Can I allow someone else to use my card?
A: No. All rules regarding lodge use remain in effect. Members must accompany their guests. Violations may lead to the loss of clubhouse privileges.

Q: What if I forget my card?
A: Use the card reader intercom located adjacent to the lodge doors to contact staff. You’ll need to check in with the staff and provide identification matching the owner’s name.

Q: What if I lose or damage my card?
A: Contact the lodge promptly. The office team will deactivate the old card and issue a replacement. There is a $25.00 card replacement fee.

Q: Can I get duplicate cards?
A: No. To ensure fair application of the card lock policy, only one card will be issued per lot.

Q: Can I punch a hole in the card?
A: No. Punching a hole in the card will damage it, and it will no longer work.
